Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities with INC Research. The following information is provided to answer our most common questions concerning our recruiting process.

How do I apply for a job opportunity?
To apply for one of our global job opportunities, please select a current job on our careers site.
You can apply to a job directly or create an account.
If you would like to create an account, you can select the “View My Account” option and “Create a New Account".
Once you establish your account, you may apply for additional opportunities without having to recreate your profile information. You will also have the ability to update your information as you gain additional experience, set up job search agents and alerts and view the status of your application.
Do I have to complete all of the application fields?
We encourage you to provide as much information as possible when creating your account and when applying for an open position. This provides our recruiters with a complete understanding of your experience and assists us in evaluating your qualifications. Those fields that are Required may be bolded or noted with an asterisk (*).
We recommend taking advantage of the resume upload option when creating your account. It can reduce the amount of information to be manually entered into the system. However, please review the uploaded data for accuracy and ensure that it has been entered into the appropriate fields.
Can I create an account without applying for a position?
Yes, you may create an account but not apply for an open vacancy. By creating an account, you will be able to receive email notifications of open vacancies that match your preferences and your information will be accessible to your recruiters for candidate searches.
Can I forward my resume directly to recruiting team instead?
No, at this time you are required to apply online in order to be considered for an employment opportunity.
I have applied for a vacancy, what happens next?
Once you have applied for an open vacancy, our recruiters will be able to review your information and evaluate your qualifications. The most qualified applicants will be contacted by a member of our recruiting team to discuss your application and interest in our open position. If there is mutual interest to proceed, we will share your application with the hiring department and work with you to coordinate potential interviews with the hiring managers. Our recruiter will be your partner throughout the consideration process.
How do I check the status of my application?
Log on to your account to review your application status.
General tips for working with Peopleclick
- This site is best experienced using Internet Explorer 6.0 and above.
- Do not use the navigation buttons outside of the application (such as the back or forward buttons in the Internet Explorer toolbar).
- Disable the pop-up blocker option to prevent blocking error messages. It may also be necessary to delete cookies, history, or temporary files.
- Please note that the system limits you 20 minutes for your application before timing out.
- When uploading resumes they must be in .doc, .rtf or .txt files.
- When uploading your resume or CV, please remove all pictures.
If you require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application or hiring process due to a disability, you may submit your request by sending an email to jobs@incresearch.com. This option is reserved for individuals who require accommodation due to a disability. Information received will be routed to a recruiter who will provide assistance to ensure appropriate consideration in the application or hiring process.
