James T. Ogle
Chief Executive Officer
 James T. Ogle serves as Chief Executive Officer for INC Research. Mr. Ogle is a seasoned senior executive with extensive international experience within the biomedical and contract services sector. He has served as president or CEO of global corporations for two decades, after completing a distinguished military career where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, United States Army. Prior to joining INC Research, Mr. Ogle served as President and COO of a large international CRO. In his tenure as CEO of INC Research, the company has been recognized for 5 consecutive years as being one of the fastest growing companies in the region, receiving the Triangle Business Journal's “Fast 50” Award, an award based on outstanding dollar growth and percentage rate of growth over a three year period.
David N. Gill
Chief Financial Officer
 For the past 20 years, Mr. Gill has held various executive roles with high-growth life sciences and information technology companies. During his tenure, revenue and shareholder value have significantly increased at each company. Most recently Mr. Gill served as the CFO of Transenterix, a surgical products company based in Morrisville, NC, where oversaw the completion of $55 million series B round of funding in 2009. He has taken three companies public and has executed several large equity financing transactions totaling more than $500 million. In addition, he has served on the board of directors of several life science companies over the past five years, including Calypso Medical Technologies, LeMaitre Vascular and IsoTis. He also served as an INC Research board member and chairman of the audit committee from 2007 to 2010.
Mr. Gill received a Master’s of Business Administration with distinction from Emory University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree, cum laude, in Accounting from Wake Forest University, and was formerly a Certified Public Accountant. He is a frequent presenter at investment conferences and is well known within the healthcare industry.
Jamie Macdonald
Chief Operating Officer
 Jamie Macdonald leads INC Research’s operations as well as its global therapeutic business units. He has more than 15 years of senior management experience in operational and financial roles in the CRO and biopharmaceutical industries. Mr. Macdonald joined INC Research in 2011 when the Company acquired Kendle where he also had served as COO. Prior to Kendle, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Project Management at Quintiles with direct responsibility for a team that delivered approximately $2 billion in annual service revenue. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and is a UK qualified Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA).
Neil MacAllister
Chief Business Officer, INC Research and President, AVOS Consulting
 Neil MacAllister, founder and President of AVOS Life Sciences, has 30 years experience in life sciences with more than half being in executive management positions within both consulting and pharmaceutical service companies. Mr. MacAllister served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Quintiles Transnational where he was responsible for strategy development and strategic planning as well as corporate business development, marketing, and sales support functions. He also served as CEO of one Quintiles’ two primary business divisions, Innovex. Mr. MacAllister was also a Managing Director for the Wilkerson Group, a leading pharmaceutical consultancy firm. Upon TWG’s acquisition by IBM, he became the pharmaceutical practice leader for IBM’s consultancy arm.
